We had a see / pool view. The hotel was said to be 4 star. Was more like a 2 star. I have travelled to most countries and this hotel was the most disappointing. Very dated. Broken tiles everywhere. The bath un usable. Lime scale thick in bath .urine stains at the base of the toilet. Wood in room ...

The Ritz-Carlton Tenerife, Abama
A truly 5 star hotel, superb facilities and outstandingly friendly staff, we were made to feel genuinely welcome. Room was spacious and comfortable, dining was great. We can’t wait to come back!
