Fort Ilocandia Resort Hotel
Beautiful hotel and grounds. Has a few Swimming pools. Beachfront. It even had a mini zoo. Staff ate nice and courteous, very helpful.

Hotel Tiffany - Laoag
The hotel was sufficient for my needs. Very central and walkable to shops and restaurants. No elevator. I was in room 304 and it was quite a climb when you have bags or groceries with you. Sabel Travelers Inn
I like it because it is in the city proper but the moment we enter our suite, there is a dead huge cockroach in the floor, rag going to the washroom is filthy and there’s a baby cockroach crawling at night. You can’t really tell how dirty it is because the light is dimmed.
