Malibu Beach Inn
Nice ocean view room. Third flood. Staff was nice, but they need more people here. That may be everywhere though. Valets were great and the food was good in the restaurant. The ocean makes the place. Right on the beach great waves. We will come back.

Villa Graziadio at Pepperdine University
A quiet, unusual gem written an awesome view. Feels exclusive and private. I had difficulty navigating to it and figuring out exactly where to go at first. And the room was a little aged/dated. But a very nice experience I would repeat.
