Royal Kona Resort
Nice resort in close walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very friendly staff. Building needs updating, which they are actively working on now. Overall a good place to stay.

Was terrible communication tried to get ahold of them to switch my reservation to correct island. No one got back to me. They still charged me for the stay. Terrible customer service. My stay with Kona Coast Resort was amazing, we enjoyed our stay. Rooms were spacious and the fully equipped kitchen was helpful. Courtyard by Marriott King Kamehameha's Kona Beach Hotel
Everything by was fine except our bathroom sink was clogged and the A/C cover wasn’t attached properly so it rattled all night. Needs more attentive maintenance that doest skip steps for the sake of time.
