Hotel great overall. Had to wait~6hrs prior to checkin or pay additional 50%.i chose to wait as the cost ŵas outrageous. Why do hotels do this especially if the room is available? (It was available by the way)

We did not have a stay! When we arrived we were told our room was given away. The very sketchy "manager" said he would send a cancellation notice but...all he did was keep my money.
