"No airport shuttle when they promised one, twice over the phone. No room available for our family of 4, even with a prepaid reservation. Eventually they "found" a room for us, but the keys wouldn't work so they gave us a fob on a lanyard, presumably a master key for all the rooms. (!) This seems ..."
