"Very simple. Hotel was booked. I reserved 2-3 weeks ago. The card I used was declined for purchase upon arrival b/c of my over protective bank. The desk stated they attempted to reach me but I never saw it. Got the room anyway. Stressful, but handled and taken care of. Great job."
