Manager was extremely rude and uncaring that the 3 rooms I checked into and had keys for, 2 of these were actually given to someone else after I checked in. This wasn’t made clear until after the rest of my family arrives at 2:30am and found other people in the rooms we were given keys to. The rooms were not clean at all and once the room situation was somewhat straightened out, the beds in the Handicapped room were dirty. When clean sheets were requested, we were told they had no clean sheets available.

Absolute filth around and under the beds. There were what appeared to be vomit stains on floor and walls in the bathroom. There were no cups for coffee or water and the front desk told me to get them myself in the breakfast area. We were exhausted from packing for a move that i just cleaned the bathroom myself and dealt with it, but we will never stay there again and DO NOT recommend it to anyone.

I stayed in the last room available and it was a smoking room. I don't smoke at all. However, the lady at the front desk offered a disinfectant spray to freshen up the room. I appreciated that and everything was fine.

There wasn't much that I liked about this property. The carpet was dirty, no blow dryer, electrical plugs and switches were wonky.

Couldn’t get extra towels because the front desk lady said they don’t give extra towels, which ended up being a lie. Same lady also told an older couple- who had a bad back and wife had a hip replacement- that she couldn’t do a first floor because they only give first floor rooms to long term stayers- we stayed 2 nights and requested a first floor room as my dad had a broken foot and IT WAS GRANTED. Our room smelt bad and the ac hardly blew enough to keep the room cool. The breakfast- the little amount there was, was horrible tasting, specifically the eggs tasted like the were made 3 days ago.

We had a problem with the commode. I went to the office and told them; I was handed a plunger. I am 85 years old and that was not something I could easily do. The problem got worse and finally after asking to be moved to another room or get a plumber, they got a plumber.

Reserved a nonsmoking room, it was not!!! The room was so bad that it burned my throat and I lost my voice for a week. I truly tried to make it work. We asked for help but the front desk was very hateful. He said the maid’s cat probably marked the room. Really! I couldn’t stay in a room with that either. There were no other rooms to be had, or so he said. We looked at other hotels to stay at on line, the weather was bad enough we could not drive around looking. We wound up in our car. Then it started raining, then hailing. We will never stay there again. We had traveled in for a funeral and planned to stay another day because we got in so late that night. Instead we drove 5 hours home after the funeral. I wouldn’t want anyone to be exposed to this low quality of hospitality.
