Staff were very friendly. The room was clean; only thing lacking was the empty shampoo and conditioner attached to the shower wall. There was a lot of options for breakfast: 4 different flavored waffle mixes, cereal, hot breakfast options, juice options, muffins, toast, etc.

Our room was clean, and the breakfast area was well maintained. However, the staff did not make our bed or clean the bathroom after our first full day. Also, they seemed to have a shortage of washcloths and hand towels, as we often were given just one of each for two of us!
