The reception staff n porter personnels are all very friendly n helpful in resolving customers problems whether is small or big. Hotel location is very convenient to attractions, eateries, Chinatown, bus interchange n the free CAT bus services that serve the Georgetown city.

There was absolutely no hot water available in our room on both the 2 nights we stayed in this hotel. Staff was not able to rectify the issue promptly. Citadines Connect Georgetown Penang
Staff are friendly. Amenities are adequate. Location of the hotel is good with restaurants and shops nearby. However, bed linen and towels seem "yellowish" which leaves a bad impression.
