Village Hotel Swansea
The window lock was broken and couldn't open, the toilet seat was loose, the chair has a screw came off and not balance, no fridge for storing cold drink, the facilities didn't mention the age limit so we couldn't go to the sana room as planned when we booked it.

The Grand Hotel Swansea
The staff were great, but the room was disappointing, the pictures made it look bigger and luxurious. Our room was above the bar so the music was loud and we had either thin pillows or lumpy pillows, so my neck ached in the morning

Morgans Hotel
I wouldn’t say the room was the cleanest, I dropped something from my case which went under the bed and oooh that hadn’t been done for a while ! I was given an access room at street level, but it was noisy, both from above and outside. My 2nd night required earplugs to be worn to get to sleep.

The pictures online are nothing like the hotel when you get there the hotel needs a makeover. It says that it has two restaurants but in fact, the breakfast is only open till 10:30 in the morning and the brasserie was only open 2 times and I stayed a full week.
