Soho Grand Hotel
The hotel should not book rooms on lower floors on weekends. The lobby turns into a nightclub and the 5th floor is so loud you cannot sleep.

This was our fourth stay at what has become our home in NYC.. never disappoints.. from the friendly staff (who seem to be there year after year like Marek) to the amazing room service to the unbearable location. This is the only place to stay in NYC for those who want to avoid the horrible tourist ...

Arlo SoHo
Found moths in my bed, alive and dead on the Third day of the stay and when I asked for a refund, Arlo Hotels felt that only a 50% refund for sleeping in beds with insects in them would satisfy my request. The hotel is so run down and needs help. Go elsewhere.
