The ocean was visible from our room. The snorkeling trip Iberostar offered was great. The divers also had a great time with clear visibility; the staff was fabulous! We highly enjoyed the jacuzzi!

There was a leak in the bathroom that my wife almost wiped out twice from. The maintenance man came and looked at it a said would fix the next day, take about 3 hrs. Did not happen. So we had to use towels everyday to soak up the water. Other than that, it was a fairly good trip.

We enjoyed our time but wish there had been more variety on the buffet day to day. The evening entertainment shows were great. Room was comfortable. Housekeeping came in unannounced every morning to take our towels. Would have preferred that they left them until they cleaned later in the day

Based on our experience, the room and areas around pools did not look at all like the pictures (which were probably taken decades ago...). The room was horrible, run down looking, furniture dilapidated, toilet was leaking, AC was extremely loud and not possible to adjust at all, some areas with mold, ...
