Need lots of training regarding hospitality!
Front desk staff wasn’t looking pleasant upon arrival although 2 of them available and there were no other guests. They were looking annoyed and unwilling to help, no smile, no welcoming attitude or did not provide necessary information regarding hotel and amenities. They looked like they wanna get ...
