This is not the fault of the hotel as a customer posted the review photo, but the hotel should remove it because we book this place with the intent of using the hot tubs that ...

We stayed in this hotel for 2 days because of the weather and its closer to the airport. The TV not working and the staff was trying to move us in a smaller room that was totally different from the price we paid. The staff is not friendly.
