Sedona Springs Resort

"This is a timeshare location. They push for a sales presentation as part of the check-in process. We were given incorrect information that they had acquired our current timeshare company and that we could use our points at additional properties of the new parent company.
In the end they did not purchase our timeshare, and it was a sales pitch to buy another timeshare. The sales process messed up our plans in Sedona as we were unable to see everything that was planned since they took about 4+ daylight hours for the process and we missed sunset in Sedona.
Unit was dated and had hair in the shower which was disappointing, but otherwise was fine for the time we were there.
We obviously regret the time lost in Sedona due to their sales presentation."
