One bedroom villa was clean, spacious and comfortable. The Eclipse restaurant had good food and service. We enjoyed walking on the beach, relaxing in the pool and getting fit in the gym.

Let’s start from the beginning! After my reservation I try contacting the front desk to add 2 massages to our stay, called 17 times in 2 days, no one answered. The 3rd day someone finally answered, to tell me they didn’t have massage therapist on site during my stay. We ended up having to bring our own. We arrived, the room was not ready. They did offer a discount for the inconvenience. We made a reservation in the restaurant, arrived a little early went to the bar to order some drinks while we waited, was stop by personnel because we can’t use the bar until we get seated. Made me stand up from the chairs, go to the host, to only seat us were we were seated, the place was empty. Drink took a full hour, by then the table was ready. They seat us in an area that was not next to the water and we asked for it ahead of time. We noticed 2 tables next to the water, asked for them a second time and said that they need to be clean and it will take time for them to be cleaned. Instead of go ahead, have an initiative and clean the table. They just left the table dirty, and sat in the middle of the saloon with no water view. By the time for ordering took another 35 minutes, I asked to change my Jasmine rice to another side, like mamposteao rice or white rice with beans or even shoestring fries, they told me that substitutions were not allowed that if I wanted a different side, I will have to pay for an extra side. I was appalled, I went ahead and ordered an extra side or rise that was

Very quiet and peaceful. Great housekeeping the one day we requested it. The kitchenette in the 1BR provided great flexibility for us. We enjoy going to the grocery store for picnic food and simple lunch/breakfast. Gym equipment is old but got a great workout, and the on-site restaurant was good.

The rooms are beautiful clean if I need anything I can call they come fast the staff was very friendly. The restaurant on site the food was great the only thing I didn't like was the menu was small they should have sandwiches and more variety of salads. Also teenager food like hot dog Pizza chicken fingers cheeseburgers all day.lol a lot of people complain about that and felt the same way .I hope they mentioned it on there survey thank you.

I loved my stay here. The property is beautiful. The only complaint I really had was how hard it was to get food . There is only 1 restaurant in the property that closes at 10. Uber drivers, very minimal so u have to take a drive if u want food past 10.

Villa Montana is a gem in Puerto Rico. Have lived in PR for 9 years and I love coming to this resort for quiet and nature. The new executive chef at Eclipse is fantastic and you are 10 minutes to fabulous restaurants and additional beaches
