Hotel staff were very friendly and responsive to our requests during our stay. Special thanks to Catherine, the Guest Relations Manager for responding to our complaints and upgraded our room. Also special thanks to Cedric, the restaurant manager for responding our breakfast request to my favorite Nespresso coffee flavor. Overall, we had a wonderful stay of 5 days. Not quite 5 star for amenities, but the friendly hotel services more than made up for the 5 star, especially the front desk staff, valet parking, concierge, restaurant, and housekeeping.
