Clean room, beautiful facility, friendly and accommodating staff, good location. Our only critiques were that the bed was really uncomfortable (could feel the springs) and that the AC doesn’t run in the winter months. The rooms get really warm, and with no way to cool them back down (opening a window offered little relief), it made sleeping really difficult.

Le personnel est adorable. L hôtel est très beau. Mais nous avions la chambre 419 et nous avons eu les bruits de la route dès 7h du matin. Il y a eu aussi des bruits qui venaient des voisins, donc une isolation perfectible.

Lovely hotel, not great service

The hotel is lovely but the staff and service was a bit mixed. Some of the staff were downright rude and most weren’t very helpful, made us feel as if we were a pain and inconvenience wanting to order drinks. We ordered a salad when we were by the pool (melon & feta) and it took 1 hour and 15 minutes to arrive. I had to chase it up 3 times and was told by the staff I was lucky as some guests had to wait 2 hours for their order! And made me feel like I shouldn’t expect it any sooner. Our room was lovely; big, cool, really clean & really comfortable, especially the beds. Casting to TV didn’t work though annoyingly and coffee not topped up everyday. Breakfast wasn’t very good value at €30 a head.
