Akumal Hotels with Pool

"We just spent a week here and had 3 of the swim up rooms. THEY'RE AWESOME. Bring shoes for swimming in the ocean, the sand is sharp and hurts. The pools were nice but they need more chairs around them. Head down to the beach - there are open chairs and bars there. The restaurants were good. The rooms had AC. They are a bit stingy with the AC in the restaurants.....we were sweating more than once. Also, reserve your spot at the restaurants before your trip, there's not much availability once you're there. Food was great at the restaurants. Buffets were what I would expect. The staff is great! Beautiful property with Capybara, Coati, and some sort of havelina. loved it. "

"Grand Sirenis is a dream come true, and feels like home away from home. I am so glad we chose to stay at this resort. From the safety of the guests, to the access to shuttles and amenities, comfortability of the beds, great entertainment, ease of booking amazing excursions, friendly staff, bilingual ability, great drinks, even better food, etc. I was so sad to leave. Hoping to come back at the next available chance. We loved it, and highly recommend if you’re looking for your own dream come true in Mexico, you’ll book at this resort. "
