centrally situated hotel

Pros: We liked the location, the pool and the staff
Cons: more sunloungers and parasols at the pool and perhaps the bar being open during the day at the pool.
Location: The alcazabar, the cathedral, the little train, air raid shelters, the tapas bars and the shops
We stayed for a week and the hotel was well situated for the Alcazabar, the cathedral, the air raid shelters, the shops and the tapas bars. It was a long walk to the beach but the hotel on the rooftop had sun loungers and parasols. The only reservation would be sometimes there was a shortage of parasols and sun loungers. The staff were pleasant and one of the staff organised our trip into the cabo de gata. If going back to Almeria we would definitely stay here again.
