We had another wonderful stay at this hotel in Amarillo! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the evening desk clerk who was so welcoming. She truly set the tone for our visit and made us feel right at home after a long day of travel. Every employee we encountered was just as friendly and eager to help – it’s clear customer service is a top priority here. The room was clean and comfortable except the bed pillows, only other drawback was some traffic noise from I-40. This hotel still remains our go-to place whenever we’re in Amarillo. The welcoming staff, great accommodations, and consistent service keep us coming back time and time again. Highly recommend!

We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to an upper-level suite, which was very much appreciated. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the upgrade made our stay feel extra special. The only small drawback was some traffic noise from I-40, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience at all. This hotel remains our go-to place whenever we’re in Amarillo. The welcoming staff, great accommodations, and consistent service keep us coming back time and time again. Highly recommend!

The attention to details can make the difference between a pleasant or unpleasant hotel stay. We were assigned room 101 which is adjacent to an outside door. Every time someone goes through that door, there is a loud banging noise. I was woken up early and there was no getting back to sleep. While the room was comfortable and clean and the included breakfast was good, I did not enjoy my experience at the Drury. I hope this review encourages them to address this issue.
