Highly recommended

One of the best choices in Amsterdam if you're travelling from Shiphol. The reception is a very polite and helpful person called "Ashkan" Very kind and supportive. Highly recommended to book the breakfast, too.

Stayed for 2 nights, and overall it's a good place to stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the room a good size and comfortable. The airport shuttle was very reliable, but there is also the possibility of local buses nearby. Couple of things just knocked this down to 4 stars - the food in the restaurant was very good, but the starters were very overpriced, even for an airport hotel. And the breakfast service, while excellent on day 1, was chaotic on day 2. All tables were full with dirty plates, etc, guests had to clean a table themselves before they could use it. I sat for half hour and none of the tables around me were cleared in that time.

It has a convenient shuttle from Schiphol, but hotel staff smoke near the bus stop. My room was big, clean, and quiet (no airplane noise), but the mini-fridge compressor was noisy even though the fridge was empty. Its power cable was hidden behind a metal grille and could not be unplugged. I chose this airport hotel for its eco-friendly claims, but powering an empty fridge without allowing the guest to turn it off seems wasteful. I did not stay long enough at this hotel to experience many of its other eco-friendly features, such as reduced housekeeping visits, but the toiletry consumables (e.g. soap) were in large, refillable bottles.

My overall experience with this property was pretty good. I did have several issues with our personal room as the thermostat did not seem to work. Also, the water temperature in the shower was not staying very hot for a certain period of time. The TV did not consistently stay on. It would cut off randomly due to loss of connection. The food and service throughout the stay was excellent. The shuttle was helpful and it was beneficial for the hotel to be close by to the airport.

They do not clean the rooms. They claim it’s sustainable property. I understand it, but they don’t inform the customers at the reception prior to signing in. The staff and the night duty manager didn’t even apologize. I didn’t even hear from the management . Terrible service especially when one pays for the service.
