This is a beautiful new 3 bedroom flat with oak hardwoods floors, granite counters, and new appliances. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. We offer a cozy living room to relax after your busy with comfortable furniture, flat screen TV, and air conditioning for those warm days. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, microwave and dishwasher. If you are here on business there is wireless internet. This wonderful new first level condo style apartment has a quaint open floor plan with Sliding doors that lead out onto your own balcony for outside dining overlooking the North Hills of Ashland. The master bedroom has a King bed, private bathroom and smart TV. Second room has queen bed with smart tv. The third room has a twin trundel bed and smart tv. This home is located in a prime location just a 5 minute walk to the popular Shakespeare Festival. With tons of boutiques, both local and well-known stores, antiques, parks, galleries, fabulous restaurants whether for happy hour or fine dining, bakeries, local micro brews and pubs, coffee shops... just about everything for an enjoyable visit to Ashland . The house is just blocks away from a convenient health conscious Co-op grocery store for everyday necessities and stocked with local fresh produce. This is a lovely little house in a perfect location, a short walk to downtown and OSF. The house is attractive, very clean and well maintained. It did lack a space for dining but the multitude of excellent restaurants nearby made that a jon issue. The outdoor seating areas were very pleasant and the grounds neat and appealing. Would definitely stay here again while visiting Ashland.

This Ashland house is an absolute gem. It’s incredibly cute, thoughtfully decorated, and feels warm and inviting the moment you walk in. The location is a huge highlight. It’s perfectly walkable to downtown, making it so easy to enjoy Ashland’s shops, restaurants, and theaters without needing to drive. Whether we were heading out for coffee in the morning or dinner in the evening, everything felt conveniently close.Overall, this place strikes the perfect balance of charm, comfort, and convenience.
