Everything was fabulous until the guy who worked on the 4th floor went to knock on my door at 10:44 am to ask if I was going to check out. I had put the not ready yet sign outside and anyway he went to ask. That was in bad taste, the rest was fine

When we went to go check in there was no one at the front desk. We stood there for about 10 minutes. With a two year old. We went back to the car and debated to even change hotels. But you also had to pay to park which was $40. So I wish there was a heads up about that. My husband finally went back and finally got us checked in.

The air condition didn’t work in the lobby, it was hot as hell in there! The air condition barely worked in the room, we had it to the lowest setting and it still wasn’t cool enough but other than that, it was ok! Hopefully they get their air fixed ASAP

The main reason this hotel didn't get 5 stars from me is because of the valet service. First they left my car parked in front of the hotel for hours after we had dropped off our keys and the only reason it got parked was because I needed something from it and realized it was still on the street. Checking out, it took them quite a while to find my car keys then even longer to actually locate my car. The valet was gone for about 15-20 minutes before returning breathless stating she thought she heard my alarm beep when she pressed the key fob but never could find the car so the front desk person had to go find it and bring it down. There was a huge concert that night so I tried giving them a little grace but there has to be a better system of tagging keys and notating parking locations. Other than that the hotel was clean and had a really great breakfast!

Unfortunately, disappointing

Unfortunately, it was not the best experience. Our room was not as advertised online. The room was much smaller and did not have all the amenities. Also the room was under some kind of renovation. There were no pictures on the wall, you could see where they stopped painting 2 of the walls as they were different colors. Also one of the 2 queen beds as actually a full size mattress on a queen base. I notified the staff of the issues and they blew my off and took no action to correct or compensate for the issues. Upon checking out I said something again about the issues and I was told I would receive a call within 24 and that was days ago. I understand it is a 24/7 business and they have to handle daily business when needed, however they should not advertise what they cannot deliver. I would not recommend this location at this time.

BEWARE: I got the royal runaround about my bill. When I checked in they charged an addition $100 for incidentals, saying it would be refunded at check out. It was not. After many calls received a partial refund 5 days later, and I got multiple different answers as to why. They never did give me the correct amount, or a written accounting or receipt. The hotel is in the middle of a sea of parking decks. It is blocks to restaurants or things to do. The cost of parking is very high
