Hotel is ok, area not so much

The room and elevators are smaller in size. The frosted windows were kind of a weird idea. Staff is friendly and breakfast was well stocked. Not having any kind of vending or snacks available in the hotel was a disappointment. The corner store is pretty sketchy along with the location. Homeless people seem to have populated the area.

Park at your own risk

The hotel room with two double beds was the smallest room I have seen. Very cramped for 4 people. There is only public parking. One of Our vehicles would not fit the clearance level of the parking deck so we had to park it in an uncovered parking lot close to the hotel. Several cars in that lot had their windows busted out and cars were ransacked over night; ours being one of them. Will not stay at this hotel again.

I did not like that the parking situation was not explained clearly. Also, the valet service was not as good as good as I would have hoped.

The staff were 50/50 on pleasantness. The day and evening staff were not pleasant and rarely looked up from their phones. We left super early and had 2 young ladies (front desk and valet) who were super nice and friendly and they are the only reason for a decent review.
