1. Room cleaners so behind schedule, we arrived 4:00 & the line of others waiting for their rooms from 3:00 was 12 deep. Even though we were prepaid & checked in from the road, it took half an hour to get our keys & meal tickets. 2. Only one courtesy van to/from Stadium took 1/2 hr to 45 minutes round-trip (traffic) with limited capacity 3. At check-out, was charged for breakfast even though waiter was given meal-tickets. Took 20 minutes for manager to confirm with restaurant & process credit. 4. All staff were trying very hard & were always courteous despite large number of disgruntled guests

Overall, good place to stay. Clean & quiet. Very friendly and likable front desk staff. Outside of the hotel (building itself) needs upkeep and/or maintenance. Crispina down the street is a good Italian place. Saw a good show at The Punchline a few miles away. Good price, nice location.

We love this hotel

World class adventure! This was our favorite hotel amongst the six nights we spent in Atlanta partying at six flags for summer break! The in-house restaurant can in clutch each night after leaving six flags at closing 8:00 pm.

This hotel was great! From the check-in process to the amazing staff at the hotel, I am so glad I chose this one. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Bed was super comfy and the pool area outside looked amazing. The breakfast was excellent! Will stay here again for sure.

Overall this is a nice hotel and we appreciated the consistent housekeeping and good cocktails at the bar. Our room was really stuffy and even when running the a/c constantly, it stayed around 74 degrees.

This is an older hotel that has been nicely renovated, but it still shows its age. Had to change rooms when we checked in because the first room had an old, moldy smell. Staff was accommodating of our request. Breakfast was good. They use a coffee from a local roaster which is a nice touch. Convenient location. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very small and worn.

This hotel looked really nice in photos, unfortunately when we arrived we were very disappointed. our room and the hallway smelled so strong with cleaning chemicals, it was hard to breathe! The pool area had many tripping hazards, the outdoor sofa and lounge chairs were in TERRIBLE condition. There were no towels for the pool, the staff were unresponsive to our requests.

My experience here was great. The staff that checked me in late night was super friendly and helpful. Someone had charged something to my room, and the woman at the front desk that took care of it couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. The sheets in the bed were top notch, some of the best I’ve had at a hotel, and I slept great here. Loved the Vinings area.

Close to Truist.

Needed a place close to Truist Park that was nice and didnt break the bank. I found just that at Hotel Indigo.
