Very clean and comfy

It was a beautiful hotel, very clean, super great staff. I recommend getting the breakfast vouchers, made getting breakfast super easy. They didn't have a fridge in the room which was odd to me, we didn't have a way to keep left overs or drinks on the room. We would definitely book again, and just bring a cooler

This property was beautiful from the time u walk in the front doors,the staff was friendly and approachable,the rooms were very clean,my one wish is that they had a microwave and mini fridge in the rooms but I'm definitely booking a room here next time I come to town,oh yeah shout out to our transit driver Mr Perry Lake..

Spectacular stay! It felt cleaning & refreshing from the time I walked in the lobby doors. Front desk staff was pleasant & helpful. My room was amazingggg!! Spacious & clean. The bed and pillows were clouds directly from heaven. Although there was no fridge, there was a cute coffee stand available. The bathroom was well lit & much bigger than I expected. I never wanted to leave that shower! Unwavering heat & pressure. *Chef’s kiss*. Don’t cheat yourself, treat yourself. You won’t regret it.

This is our third return back to this hotel. We had a great experience all three times I would come back and visit again with no hesitation. The property is clean. The staff is friendly and the location is essential to everything. Looking forward to our next visit to Georgia to stay here again.

Just an ok stay

We needed a hotel with a fridge and microwave. I called ahead and the associate assured me that every room had a fridge and microwave. When we arrived the desk attendant told me that not every room has a fridge and microwave and that he had no idea which rooms had this equipment because the caretaker had left for the day!!!

The bathroom in our room had water damage, the paint was peeling off the door, at check in the lady was not friendly, didn’t even say hello, we walked in and she said “last name” I was given to Recipent, when I checked out I was given nothing. I had to check my bank account to make sure I was charged correctly. Over priced for the quality.

Horrible stay. Not worth the money.

Room was extemely cold and the bathroom had a leaking showerhead that sprayed water all over the bathroom when turned on. We called the front desk and informed them of the situation and they told us that an engineer would be up to check it. That never happened. The next morning we alerted the front desk again about our concerns and it was not addressed. 1 night cost $341. It was not worth the money. Hotels.com was supposedly alerted by the hotel management and they too were unresponsive....

So far so good only couple things that really needs to be addressed. The Heating and a/c system when turn on was so noisy that we were force to shut it off to get sleep. The gap in the door was so large that it looked like it was open at first glance when I got up in the in the middle of the night.
