Ant found on pillow on bed.

There was an ant found on our pillow where our heads lay, that was absolutely disgusting. A small ant, alive and crawling around. We had no food in the room or anything out. So we're disgusted there was a live bug in the room, on the BED of all places.

Our closet had no ceiling in it (yes, NO ceiling) We were missing an entire outlet cover where the tv was plugged into. (Sounds safe, right?) The back of the bathroom door was splintered and peeling from the bottom up. The shower had mold in the corners and there were an unbelievable amount of ants crawling over the sink. Very disappointing

We have stayed here before and had a great experience. However, this stay the staff was not as friendly to say they are in the hospitality industry. Particularly some of the cleaning staff and the gentleman that was at the bar. He was by himself so i get it but being busy does not mean you should sacrifice service. This stay also the bed was not as comfortable
