Although the room was ok the bed was very comfy. I was very disappointed No breakfast, no coffee included! Not a bagel, cereal nothing! Was very happy with the staff super nice. just not happy that even a simple cereal bagel, donuts coffee was not included!!

The bathroom door locks didn't work. The ice box had trash in it. No complimentary water in the rooms, or even water filling machines. Low quality bathroom supplies.

I found hair in the bathroom and on the bed of the first room (room 720) They gave me a new room (Room 210) which looked fine at first but later that night realized that stray hair was on the bathroom floor and in the bed. Long black hair which couldn’t have been mine bc I have short reddish brown hair. There was a red stain in the carpet in front of the sink. Don’t know if that is blood or make up but should have been removed. The thermastat in the room wasn’t working properly so we decided to turn the heat off and pray we didn’t wake up freezing. The staff seemed accommodating but clearing the cleaning crew is not doing their job.

We were given a key for our room, and when we opened it someone else was in it! When we went back to front desk, we told the man what happened, and he said oh, and gave us another room key . No apology at all. The room had a dirty sock and trash beside the chair. We were too tired from being at the hospital, and it was so late we just stayed. There was no way we were eating the breakfast after that. The floors were nasty as well, and the drain in the shower was clogged. We checked out as fast as we could, and will never use this place again.

While everything seemed to be clean, the room needed work. The finish is about gone off the tub and it made it look nasty. Never could get the heat to work good. We had it turned up to 77 to get what felt like 68 or 69. We have smelt so much marijuana in the halls it made us sick. The hotel staff had to smell it as well. At 6am, we could smell it seeping in around our door. If this is a nonsmoking hotel, I would have thought that meant marijuana as well as cigarettes.
