Staff is great.

Just want to start out saying the staff is A+. Everyone there was nice. The outside is kept extremely clean. The inside is extremely clean. Our room is extremely clean. This is not a reflection on anyone that I spoke to or the actual appearance of the building. The issue we came across is when shutting the bathroom door. There was a half inch to a 3/4-in gap in it that ran all the way up and down on the door handle side. So there really was no privacy which don't give it wrong. We can avoid it but still it was not what you expect when you rent a room for a night. They said they would send someone up to look at it and they informed me it would be the next day before anyone could fix it, which does us no good since we were only staying the night. Overall we enjoyed our trip but just was hoping that could get fixed while we were there.

The lady at the front desk was so sweet! I forgot her name but we were there on 9/16/25. They make sure you are comfortable and your needs are met! Hands down will stay again! And it’s so close to the arena as well! Room was spacious and super clean!

The outside environment was quiet and relaxing, so I thought I would have a peaceful night’s rest. Unfortunately, a group of guests were partying loudly well past 2 a.m., and the poor soundproofing made the noise even worse, making it impossible to sleep. I tried calling the front desk several times to report the noise, but no one answered. I then went down to the front desk in person, only to find it completely unattended. Eventually, I located a staff member in their office. They told me I wasn’t supposed to come into the office to find them… Anyway, the loud party continued late into the night. The staff we met was not responsive.

Pretty clean hotel no complaints about that however our tv wouldn’t stay on it kept going off . We tried everything and couldn’t get it to work properly. Also the hotel was located further out from downtown Atlanta. We thought we were closer but wasn’t at all. Otherwise pretty good stay for the price.
