Das Personal war teilweise etwas unfreundlich und wenig begeistert uns weiterzuhelfen. Das Zimmer war gut, jedoch hatten wir ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss direkt an der Strasse. Die Fenster waren nicht sehr schalldicht und der Verkehr war die ganze Nacht gut hörbar. Schade/erstaunlich war auch, dass wir für die Gepäckaufbewahrung pro Stück 3£ bezahlen mussten.

- Das Zimmer war SEHR klein - Die Dusche hatte Schimmel - Viele Oberflächen waren nicht geputzt - Keine Handtücher (nur Duschtücher) - Klimaanlage schaltet in der Nacht immer von alleine ein Das Bett war bequem (war aber eher klein) Gute Lage (Bahnhof Kings Cross 5 Min zu Fuss) Unkompliziert ein-/auschecken Für einen kurzen Städetrip reicht dieses Hotel vollkommen aus.
