Clean and comfortable room, great location

We stayed here for one night and it was perfect as it was clean, comfortable and a few minutes' walk from King's Cross. We knew the room would be small but it still had everything we needed including black out curtains, air conditioning and toiletries. The room and bathroom were very clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Very impressed and would stay here again.

Great short stay option particularly if you are catching an early morning Eurostar and you live further afield. All very self service but functional.

Myself and my wife were given a room only fit for a solo occupant. We had a dreadful nights sleep on the bed, and with loud noises from the street traffic. The lifts were tiny and although it stated 4 people, there was no way the lift would hold that many- at a push one person with a suitcase. The man on the desk was extremely rude to my Mum for no reason.

This hotel is very mordant and clean with an efficient and customer-focused staff. My room was very small but everything was new and stylish. Very convenient to St Pancras station. Unlike many other small-room properties, this one has a good bar/cafe area for refreshments or for just hanging out.

Unfortunately we won’t stay here again. The biggest problem for us was that the bed was so small and every time either of us turned over we elbowed one another. Also the road outside was so noisy, and that’s something I never usually have a problem with. On the up side, the room and bathroom were really clean and all looked quite new and the air con was great.

Rooms are really small. The elevator is the size of a phone booth. Only two people can fit. We had two suitcases and two carryon. Took three trips to get to the room. We wanted to hold our luggage for a few hours. They wanted 3 pounds per bag. Not a very good value for the price charged
