The room itself was clean, and the breakfast was great. However, the check-in experience completely ruined our stay. After a long drive with little ones, the staff member at the front desk tried to give us a one-bedroom room, even though our reservation clearly stated two queen beds. He repeatedly insisted that our booking was not for two queens and claimed that because others had checked in earlier, they were fully booked. Only after I showed him my confirmation did he quietly give us the room we had originally paid for. It was extremely frustrating and stressful — especially traveling with children. It felt like he was trying to upsell our reserved room to someone else. Very disappointing and unnecessary experience

Amenities were good exercise room and pool, breakfast was great, they have small bar that you could get adult beverages for extra fee. For a mid range hotel it was 5 star. For extra fee they also allow large dogs

Everything good with this place. Been here numerous times. Staff great. Only issue this time is the parking lot was a disaster. Ice every where. Half the parking spots never even cleared from a storm 2 weeks ago.

Good hotel. The Hampton uses non-caustic cleaning agents. This makes a big difference whether you can breathe in the rooms and sleep comfortably. The breakfast bar is standard stuff. They do have oatmeal, which is a plus.
