Overall the property itself was nice, staff was decent, room and lobby were clean, and the free daily breakfast was good. The 2 issues we encountered during our stay were that the room type I paid for was not ready at checkin and the pool and pool area were very dirty. Upon arrival, the original room type I had paid for was not ready for us at check in, so we were put into a different type of room for the night (that cost less than what I had paid for originally), until our correct room was ready the next afternoon at 3pm. I purposely booked a hotel with an indoor pool for our child to enjoy, but it was a very disappointing experience. First, the hotel requires you to do a pre-made reservation to use the pool (you cannot go any time you want during pool hours) and you are only allowed 1 hour to use the pool during your reservation, so we had to work our other activities around that- which was a bit inconvenient. The first day we went to use the pool it was not clean- inside the pool there was hair floating around, the bottom of the pool felt like it was covered in sand, the floor around the pool was also covered in hair, and there were no towels in the cabinet. I used the hallway phone to call the front desk to request clean towels and was told they were in the dryer and it would be 15 mins but took 45 mins to arrive. Would possibly stay again, if these issues don’t occur again.

Hotel was out of certain supplies (room key holder) during checkin was not a great 1st impression. I asked about my request for a microwave and was told they were out. I was placed in a room for hearing impaired close to staff closet I could hear the door slaming all hours. My door would not close properly. Bathroom door had loud screetching sound. Shower did the same. The picture in the room over the desk was missing part of thef rame pointy edge of glass was sticking out,ldoors was sticking out Pillows and bed not comfortable. stiff neck every morning Breakfast offering for special dietary restrictions (turkey or chicken sausage/bacon ,boiled eggs,individul yogurt . staff never showed up with toilet paper. We had to the to front desk to get supplies. No curtains . Had to keep blind diwn yo get dressed. cabinet to fridge would not shut Hallways had the same pieces of paper/leaves on the floor from checkin to check out.
