Simply outstanding! From arrival to departure, everything was 5 stars. This was our second time staying at this wonderful hotel. Staff greeted us with a friendly smile and a warm “welcome back.” The room (#16) was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. Additionally, the included amenities throughout the hotel and in our room were top shelf/first class…no one does it better! We shall definitely return. Highly recommended.

The service was impeccable and the breakfast was very good. Tea service was excellent. The hotel was everything to be expected of a 5 start establishment. My only suggestion would be to supply bath tub amenities such as bubble bath or salts to improve that experience.

Just spent the weekend at the Ivy. First rate experience from the check-in, with a personal tour of all the common areas, to a lovely, intimate room with everything one could need. We enjoyed a marvelous dinner at Magdalena, while the concierge services and attentiveness to our requests were top-notch. The property is charming, well cared for and an architectural gem. Will be back!
