Room and hotel. Excellent, spacious lobby and rooms. Beautiful Indian altar to greet all. Housekeeping ok but they forget to take out the trash on one day. Staff: Excellent staff at the door. Concierge is poor. Check-in was told to wait but nobody came to us till I re-approached the counter. - I was told breakfast was NOT included (though i remembered including it in booking) but yet I was sent a survey on whether I enjoyed breakfast. So, were we shortchanged? One room had xmas gift but the other had not. Location - far from most sights n malls but in way more restful. Excellent Arloy restaurant downstairs and a large pharmacy that had all we need for toiletries n snacks. Next lane has a bustling morning market. 7-11, Starbucks n Subway are within 5 minutes' walk. Overall three stars because the staff shortchanged us on breakfast and dont seem very clear about what was paid for. Also, each room required a 2000 baht deposit.
