The pool terrace was closed which was very unfortunate as the children wanted to swim. I had room 411 which was very spacious, bed was comfortable no complaints apart from it not having coffee facilities. However, we were part of a larger groups who stated our room was much nicer than there’s.

Great location with shops and restaurants nearby. Public transport was also very easy to catch as there was metro and bus station around. The hotel also has a restaurant above if you need to dine in. The only problem we had was getting an iron seemed to be a problem but overall the stay was great.

I brought it to the attention of the reception desk, where they proceeded to take a picture of the picture I had taken, and I assumed it would be cleaned that same day. Wonderful cafe on first floor. It is a large building with a lot of stone hallways with interesting artworks hanging on the walls. However during the winter the temperatures inside are very chilly because they do not heat the hallways, and my room temperature was 63 degrees, so I had to keep running the small wall heater all day and night to get up to 69 degrees to sleep.
