"Room was nice and tidy. However, when I woke in the morning all of the plugs in the room didn’t work, which meant I couldn’t use them for charging my phone etc.
When I mentioned this to reception at checkout I didn’t receive an apology or thanks for raising the issue, she just said she’d mention it to housekeeping and carried on talking to her friend….!!"

"Very convenient hotel for access to town centre and riverside walk. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast had plenty of variety. The room was comfortable and clean. We often stay at this hotel and we are never disappointed. "
