A day to explore Bergamo

Pros: Lovely room and very comfortable bed. Well appointed , good bathroom , curtains and air con
Cons: Only 1 coffee and I decaff coffee given in room , so not enough for ! each , and no breakfast tea.
Location: Convenient location for train station and airport bus , both across the road . Enjoyed the furnicular ride up to the old town and exploring high town.
We wanted a day here before flying back home after a hoiliday in Venice and Lake Garda.

Excellent price-quality ratio

Pros: Location and room standard mostly.
Cons: Nothing noticed
Location: Next to the bus station, however, Citta Alta can be reached easily on foot.
The hotel is very close to the train and bus stations, however, very calm and quiet. Great place to start a journey to discover the city. The room was high standard, clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was very professional and helpful. They speak English well and there were no communication issues. Good breakfast in a very nice eating room, wide choice including gluten-free products.

A gem of a hotel

I am so happy that I decided to stay at this hotel the minute we checked in to the time we checked out. Check in was very smooth and was given the exact room that I had requested. Room was large three well positioned double glazed windows which cut out all the noise from below. very nice queen sized bed of good quality I slept like a baby. Air conditioning was perfect lots of storage space for clothes plus a safe in the room also. Last of all the bathroom very big kept very clean very good shower with good flow of water at all times. The breakfast for me was perfect and of good quality and what made my trip was the Colombian guy who worked in the kitchen always a big smile and beautiful manners with the guest he is a credit to the hotel. Al the staff do well to answer all the questions that guests ask of them. Just bare in mind that as you check out the city tax will be added to your bill but I will give this a thumbs up for the perfect location near the train station and airport bus and the very good rooms and hotel staff.

Hotelli oli melko pieni ja rauhallinen aivan rautatieaseman ja bussiaseman vieressä. Hyvä sijainti. Käytin matkallani paljon junia, joten hotelli todella hyvä vaihtoehto. Nopea yhteys moniin Pohjois-Italian suosittuihin matkailukohteisiin. Hotellihuone melko tilava ja siisti.henkiläkunta ystävällinen. Suosittelen.

kiva hotelli, hyvät kulkuyhteydet .

Pros: Huone siistittiin joka päivä ja erittäin hiljaista. Ei kuulunut seinän takaa öisinkään meluja.Henkilökunta ystävällistä.
Cons: Juomamukeja,.lusikoita ,veitsiä enemmän, korkinavaaja.Käsidesiä ei ollut eikä wc:ssä bideetä.. Aamiaiselle vaihtelevuutta ja vihanneksia enemmän.
Location: Keskeinen sijainti, rautatieasema lähellä ja muutkin palvelut.Ruokapaikat ja kaupat lähellä sekä nähtävyyksiä. Lentoasemalle bussi lähti lähes ovelta.
helppo tulla ja selkeä ohjeistus lähipaikkoihin. Mukava kokemus kaikkiaan.
