This is a very nice hotel in a lovely, quiet, safe neighbourhood with shopping, restaurants and cafes nearby. The bed was so comfortable and the room was so quiet, I slept exceptionally well. I would definitely stay here again. It’s a short ride (approx. 25 minutes) on public transport to all the tourist attractions. Eva at the front desk was very nice!

Room is reasonable in size and clean, had a tea kettle for tea. Coffee has to be nescafe. It has a room safe. The bed is good, but the blankets could be better. It has an okay desk and a large television set. I did not try the breakfast. The hotel is very conveniently located near many restaurants and shops and public transportation.

The hotel is clean, modern, quiet, comfortable and located in a smart suburb of Berlin with great U-Bahn and bus connections. It is possible to use the hotel fully automatically without any need to see any member of staff should you wish. The keys are all on your mobile phone. As such, it feels faintly impersonal although highly convenient and modern.
