This was such an incredible hotel to stay at, the staff was so friendly, everything was clean and well kept and the neighborhood that it is in is the best with so many wonderful eateries and everything within walking distance. This was a good hotel to use as a base. The room I had was clean and looked as though it had been updated recently. The alley to access the keysafe is a bit daunting when used for the first time (out of hours for reception desk) but has good lighting. The tram I needed to use was right outside so it was very handy.The train from the airport stopped at the station which was around 10 minutes walk away. I was on the 4th floor and there was no lift so this floor not for someone with poor mobility.

For €80 per night, I expected better quality. We booked a studio but were first given a room without a kitchen, and one of the beds was broken in the middle. After that, we were moved to the correct room, which was larger and had a kitchen. However, the beds were very uncomfortable and clearly old. There was one small bed and one larger bed, both with poor comfort. In addition, the main shower head did not work, only the smaller handheld one. For a hotel charging over €80 per night, I expect at least comfortable beds and properly functioning facilities
