Really impressed with the layout. An authentic pub in the centre of the building. We had a executive room which was large, spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff were exceptional. Couldn’t do enough for us

Didnt make it to the hotel! Local road works (not the hotels fault) meant we were unable to get to the hotel. 2 phone calls to the hotel staff and they were unable to help us work out an alterbatove route. We managed to get close (2 miles) but they were also unwilling to send someone to meet us (we had been trying to get there for over an hour at this point). Terrible service from what i understood to be a high class hotel.

Nice quiet place to stay. Room very clean and staff very helpful. Wouldn't hesitaite staying there again when in the area.

Nice Hotel

Stayed here a few times now and on each occasion found the room cold when we first entered. Breakfast was ok, really busy though and the buffet food hadn't been topped up had to wait a while for this to be done, think they need to put on more staff when it's busy.
