The cottage is able to accommodate up to a maximum of six people, has three bedrooms, a living room with veranda, kitchen and bathroom, a small equipped garden; it has direct access to the lake front garden and is a few meters from the swimming pool.
The guests, while remaining at the center of the main points of interest in the area, will be immersed in an oasis of well-being and tranquility. Walking through the many paths it will not be difficult to see squirrels among the branches of the trees, come across roe deer that jump undisturbed among the fields and still meet porcupines, foxes and hawks.
4 minutes from the town of Bolsena, 8 minutes from Montefiascone, 25 km from the centers of Orvieto and Viterbo, the estate is ideally located for visiting this splendid area, so full of unique places!
Of course, those who want to can take a refreshing swim in the lake, accessible on foot about 300 meters away from the farmhouse, along country paths that go downhill from the hill towards the lake.
There is also a bus stop near the house.

Podere Haus≥meinschaftspool

Die Podere liegt traumhaft, das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt absolut, dennoch gäbe es Verbesserungsvorschläge: Das Badezimmer ist mit der Dusche unbrauchbar. Nichts gegen barrierefrei, wenn das Wasser aber trotz extremen Sparens nicht abrinnt, dann muß man den Duschbereich erneuern. Auch sind manche Möbel und andere Utensilien schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Da es in der Nacht zwar abkühlt, dennoch warm bleibt, schliefen wir bei offenen Fenstern, jedoch: am anderen Ufer des Sees meinte eine Freiluftdisco von 22Uhr bis 4Uhr Früh die gesamte Umgebung des Sees mit Technolärm zu beschallen. Das ist kein Mangel der Podere, aber die Anrainer sollten diesbezüglich handeln, es ist eine Zumutung, in den Nächten mit wummmernden Bässen zugemüllt zu werden! Trotzdem war es ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt in einer herrlichen Gegend.

Schönes Häuschen in traumhafter Lage

Sehr schönes und geräumiges Ferienhaus (3 Schlafzimmer!), etwas abseits vom malerischen Haupthaus. Perfekte Lage direkt am kühlen Pool und mit Blick auf den See. Auch der kleine Privatstrand unten am See ist ein schöner Ort um die Mittagshitze zu überstehen. Was Wasser und Strand angeht gibt es allerdings schönere Stellen am See (Südufer um capodimonte z.b.). Großes Lob an Andrea, den Verwalter des Gutes, der trotz der vielen Arbeit allzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war!
