property great. unique renovation of an old building into a beautiful hotel, inspired and well worth the stay. only issue i had was parking fees - $50/d for parking where i never needed the vehicle until departure day, 5 days after arrival.

Bottleworks is a really cool and interesting property. We had one of the suites that has a terrace. We enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings with a glass of wine. It's a great location, located close to lots of restaurants, bars, shops, and fun activities. We'll be back when we are in town again.

Inaccurate Listing and Unresolved Issues

Hotels.com advertised this property as having a pool, but that information was incorrect. Neither the hotel nor Hotels.com took responsibility or offered any reasonable resolution. The evening front desk staff was rude and unhelpful, which only added to the frustration. To make matters worse, we were woken up at 3 a.m. by loud, intoxicated guests in the neighboring room—noise easily carries due to the poor sound insulation. The room decor was also a letdown; it didn’t resemble the stylish lobby at all and instead felt more like a sleazy couple’s motel with black and red decor.

I have not come across any hotel room that’s as huge as Bottleworks hotel room. Hallway is super clean, huge and so beautiful! The whole building is gorgeous and clean. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. I love love this hotel. Best hotel, I have lodged so far. And the bathroom shower comes with a powerful water flow. I just love everything about this hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay here for a comfortable and relaxing, clean stay. 10/10!!! Worth every penny!!
