This was an extremely clean red roof inn. The beds were comfy. I traveled with my teenage daughter and we both felt safe here. Extremely great value for a stay in Boston. We were in town for a volleyball tournament at the convention center and we stayed three nights. Shower had amazing water pressure. Liked the Mexican restaurant next door. I can confidently recommend this hotel for a clean, comfy and affordable place to stay.

Housekeeping didn't come even per request. I even asked for a towel after 3 days stayed. I didn't get it. When called downstairs to request some towels because they didn't clean the room, housekeepings don't speak english, not even a simple English word.

I came here with my family and it felt unsafe. We stood in our room the entire stay. When we went up the the room on the fourth floor there was a lady in a robe looking out the window with a cell phone in hand. She was staring at my family and I so we decided to stay in the room. It was too sketchy to risk my family to this place. I will not be staying in this place again. Also they asked for a deposit and didn't send it back. I just called and they hung up on me FOUR times. After the fifth i got someone on the line and made sure they emailed me a copy of receipt (deposit). Stay away.

It was a beautiful little stay we had. The Red Roof was very accomodating fir s last minute check in for our medical needs and gsve us just what we needed. The hallways were a little smelly due to most likely an old carpet in the hallway but the rooms were excellent! The vending machine downstairs also didn't work, but they did tell me they have some on each floor. If we have to go go back to Boston I'll definately be booking here. Thank you so much!
