No sheets. Completely ignored us. Huge disappointment.

The good. Location and it was generally clean. The bad. We needed to use the sofa beds for sleeping and told the owners in advance, they said it will be prepared. We arrived and there were no sheets or a duvet cover. We contacted them, they said the caretaker told them it was left there for us but it wasn't. After that, they completely ignored our messages. We had no choice but to sleep on absolutely filthy, unhygienic sofas. It was disgusting. I wish I could upload some photos. Even the king bed couldn't be used as most of the slats had fallen out and could only be slept on one side. The owners have not bothered to communicate at all since we told them there is no bedding. What promised to be a lovely trip turned to deep frustration and disappointment. Ps. It is on the upper-floor / loft and gets very stuffy on warm nights.

Great property and location

we had a great time staying in bournemouth with the apartment being so close to the beach (around a 7 min. walk) and walking into Bournemouth took us around 25 min. We were a party of 5 adults and 3 children so a bit sqeezed in and one of us had to use the sofa bed, other than space issue everything was great.

Beautiful Boscombe Mini-break!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay here. The penthouse apartment was decorated beautifully, was very clean and well maintained. It had 3 bedrooms and felt nice and spacious for our group of 3 adults and 6 children. The owner sent us really useful information before our stay about the apartment, how to get there and nearby facilities. There was an area for parking in front of the property, which was very useful to be able to park so close and off the road. If needed, there was also an option to park on the road and parking charges were only in effect between 09:00 - 17:00 for around £6 a day so this was handy and reasonable price, if needed. But we were able to park in the resident parking in front of the property, which was great. The apartment is a super location really close to the Boscombe seafront. It was so lovely to be able to walk from the apartment to the seafront in a few minutes. Super location. The apartment was secure with a lockbox to access the key so we felt very safe during our stay. Really beautiful apartment and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We hope to stay here again next year for our next mini-break! Would highly recommend this apartment. Ideal location, beautiful apartment! 5 star!!!
