The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean however some of our bath linens were frayed and discolored. In addition on the first day we were there we found the lobby stairs were dirty - appeared to be crushed crackers and cereal. After seeing it on our second day we notified the front desk. The messes were still there when we checked out several days later. While I understand they have limited help due to staffing shortages, it would have taken less than 10 minutes to vacuum the stairs. The breakfast was mediocre and the staff could not keep up with the demand leaving limited breakfast items much of the time. The chairs in the breakfast area were badly stained and needed replacing.

Branson Towers Hotel was perfect! It was located away from the Strip but allowed us to arrange transportation to all the shows. Great breakfast! Staff was friendly and welcoming.

We had a suite & when we pulled the bed out of the couch there was cereal and jewelry and trash under the couch. Our alarm and phone didn't work. Beds were comfortable though & otherwise clean. The amount of soap, shampoo/conditioner was small for a family suite.

Decent hotel

The hotel was good. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The common areas were ok. The chairs in the gazebo were all very dirty/stained as were the chairs in the lobby. The pool house was nice but the court yard was unkept and needed a lot of landscaping attention. The breakfast was decent but all they offered was styrofoam cups/plates. The hotel was located just a few miles from all the attractions so that was nice. Overall it was a decent stay.

The stay was great. We have stayed there once before. The rooms are clean, the only complaint is the pillows are too flat. The pool and hottub are very dirty and cloudy.
