Great location for the hotel. Just close enough to everything but just far enough from the hustle and bustle of Branson. Breakfast was good and the rooms were very clean. My kids loved the pool and were so excited that the water was not freezing even though it was outside. The temp of the pool water was well maintained!

Pool was heated! That was a great surprise! Staff was super friendly. Hot breakfast starts in March. But the cold breakfast had great options.

We went for the weekend just for the pool. Love the heated pool and hot tub. Beds are comfy and the rooms are Clean and very roomy.

Best Heated Pool Ever!

Loved this property! Friendly staff, close to everything without being directly on the main strip. First pool I've ever been in that was truly heated! It was 30 degrees outside during our stay but the pool was warm enough to enjoy your swim. They keep it like 85 degrees!!! Very clean, beds were comfortable and the breakfast was nice. We'll stay here next time we're in town!

Great place to stay.

Loved this hotel. Clean indoor heated pool with a nice hot tub. We wanted a quiet getaway after the holidays and this was the perfect place. Met Lacy who runs the place and you can tell she genuinely cares about the guests and the hotel. Definitely will stay here again.

We almost always stay here when we go to Branson

We often stay at this hotel. It is very clean and comfortable and always offers a good rate. The pool is nice and there's a hot tub both of which are open until 11 (and in a separate building in case you want to go to bed early. Usually the breakfast is also exceptional BUT we recently learned they don't off hot breakfast all year. If you're off season, you only get cereal and toast. The location is our favorite thing. It looks off the beaten path BUT it is actually easy to get to any part of town very quickly without driving the main drag.

We went during the off season for Branson (January). While we have had nice stays in the past, the hotel seemed run down this time. The microwave barely worked, as soon as we walked in we were greeted by the smell of marijuana and it seemed to permeate the entire first floor. The rooms were not as clean as they have been in the past.
