Kitchen with new cookware and everything you need to prepare meals. Large deck overlooking the lake with outdoor furniture and electric grill. This condo also features a sunroom with seating. Included with the condo are all the resort amenities, including miniature golf, fishing dock passes, and indoor/outdoor pools. Full service marina on site with boat rentals and slips available at a discounted rate with the amenities pass. Some of the best trout fishing on the lake! Recently undated bedding, pictures do not reflect as of yet.

This is our go to condo in branson.we love sitting out back on the deck looking over taneycomo.the owners are great people and easy to communicate with.location is off the strip but convient and easy to get to.we plan our trips by availability of this home away from home as we call it.we have been renting it for about 14 years now off and on and have seen many upgrades and improvements done.the only complaint I have is I'm getting older and it's a little tricky getting in the shower with my short legs with the high bathtub but I manage,lol great place for the ,already planning our next trip

The condo was dirty. There was hair all over the floors and counters and tables. There were dead bugs all over. The toilet seat in one bathroom was broken, and there was pee under the toilet seats. One of the tubs wouldn’t drain. One of the bathroom sinks wouldn’t drain. I messaged the host immediately upon entering and seeing the hair, and all he said was “I apologize, the cleaners haven’t been there since the last rental in December” I asked if he could have someone come in and clean it, and he never responded. Then within the next hour or two is when we started discovering the other issues (toilets, draining issues, etc.) I sent him messages explaining all of those issues. No response.I drove over 20 hours to get there, but then had to go to Walmart to buy cleaning spray to wipe counters and tables, and I also bought pillow cases because the ones that were there had the fuzz balls on them. I also vacuumed the entire condo. I conveyed ALL of this to the owner, we were there for 5 nights, Friday-Wednesday, and I STILL have not heard back from him. VERY disappointed. I would love a partial refund, but I’m sure I would never hear back about that either. I have plenty of pictures for proof. Also sent those to him in my messages.

Definitely needs some tlc! Half of the light switches didnt work! None of the tv remotes work! The back porch is absolutely dirty! The sunroom smells like smoke! The whole unit needs an air freshener!

TV ….weve stayed several times; never has been good; I realize with all the streaming nowadays, you can pay to watch something. However, us old folks don’t do a lot of that. Tubs…..need to update with handrails.

Condo was not cleaned when we arrived and we had to wait 3-4 hours past check in time before we could go back. There was a musty smell and the carpet is stained. The coffee maker takes over an hour to brew 12 cups. The living room and kitchen were clean. The area was and the proximity to attractions was nice.

Great Stay

Nice place on the water. Even though it was a little cool for taking a stroll next to the water, it was still awesome to be able to look out the window and see fishing boats.The place was great for me, wife, and two granddaughters. There was plenty of room and many amenities which made it feel like home.It took us a while to figure out which light switch went to what light, but overall it was very accommodating.We enjoyed our stay!

The condo was nice though obviously not a brand new or recently rehabbed unit. There were a couple things the cleaning crew could have done better. But the location was excellent for fishing at the damn, and the view was great. Bathrooms were good with full spa tub in each. Beds were good along with the furnishings. We had a deck to sit on since we were on the ground floor which was a plus. Kitchen and living room areas were good. Could not find the Wi-Fi network that was listed in the documentation though. But all in all a location I would stay at again. Had a concern at first but the property owner was quick to respond and everything worked out fine. A quick drive up to a large convenience store for food and drinks was a bonus. Great location overall.

Great Condo but Issues

The TV provider was replaced mid-week. Channels 29 and below were present and the HBO channels. However, no others such as ESPN, none of the news or business channels. I informed the host but nothing was done about is. There was a ROKU in one of the bedrooms but no remote making it unusable.

Quiet

The property was quiet. Great Views. Conveniently located on the ground level. This made it easy for my older family members to come and go. Only one of 3 TVs worked. We could not do the dishes because there was no dish soap ( box was empty) Shower may be difficult for older person or person with disabilities to get in and out of. Beds comfy. Overall it was good
