Dear Radisson Managment, We are writing to express our disappointment with our recent stay at the Radisson Blu Amsterdam. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet the expectations we had based on the room category and the hotel’s reputation. The room we received was not the Premier Room we had booked — it appeared smaller than advertised, and there was no heating. Despite several complaints, the issue was not resolved. Although two technicians were sent to inspect the problem, they were unable to fix it. The hotel provided a small electric heater, but it was insufficient to warm the room. Rather than offering a room change, the management sent a bottle of champagne and some candies. While we appreciate the gesture, it did not address the core issue of comfort. We left the comfort of our home and paid $400 per night, expecting a pleasant stay, but instead returned feeling unwell and requiring medication due to the cold conditions in the room. We hope you will take this feedback seriously and ensure that future guests do not experience similar issues. Sincerely, Enchev

Excellent!!!! Clean / Friendly environment Services available at your request while not being overbearing. Grateful for the early check-in 11:30 vs 3pm Room exceeded expectations Enjoyed the ample supply of still and sparkling waters which were included along with the fresh fruits in the lobby. Great location walking to the central train station as well as all the manor attractions/ museums!!!

Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel is a tad bit dated and can use a renovation soon. Good location close by much in the Centrum. Very accommodating staff with early check in / check out, subject to availability.
