Ok, the staff were exceptional, all of them actuallly, and I received my early morning call. The breakfast I had at 4 am was disappointing, why not consider getting coiked breakfasts earlier? However, this hotel is lovely, I thought all the staff members were amazing!!! Very helpful and so efficient, thankyou😊❤️

Perfect stay with friendly staff

This hotel is amazing ! It’s very convenient for the airport (obviously) I had a newly refurbished ground floor room which was huge and immaculate. The hotel and rooms are very quiet I couldn’t hear the planes and had a fab nights sleep. Staff are very friendly and helpful, check in was a breeze. I was even let in my room a little early as that’s what time my bus arrived. Breakfast is served from 4am (continental) and from 6am for full English. The continental selection was huge. Dinner was lovely and the bar area is very well equipped. I loved that there was a little book shelf that I could leave the book I’d read on the shelf for someone else to enjoy. Overall lovely hotel and staff and will definitely be staying again in the future. Thanks so much.

Nice hotel, really close to terminal building

Lovely staff on reception although there was a queue it went down quickly. Room nice clean with tea/coffee making facilities. Nice clean bathroom with nice extra large bath towels and a wide selection of toiletries. Lovely comfortable bed. Would I stay here again? Definitely Would I recommend to a friend? Absolutely.

Flew into Bristol for one day at Cheltenham festival and stayed here as an early flight home the next day. Excellent hotel. Cold breakfast served from 4:00am and at 6:00am they had started to put the hot food out. It was all good. If I were to book a similar trip again I wouldnt look anywhere else

We had a fire alarm, but the staff were badly trained, if at all. Fire doors were not opened and staff watched as customers walked into the building and did not clear customers who blocked the doors stopping customers from exiting the hotel, thank god it was a flase alram.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly. The hotel is very convenient for Bristol airport as you can walk from the hotel into the airport. The food is bistro type pub food, so don't expect haute cuisine.
