Very good apartments - near to Midi Station (Eurostar from the UK). Approx 25 Minute walk to main restaurant/bars/shoppping. Can go on Metro if you prefer. Walk to town through poorer and dirty neighbourhoods.

The actual hotel is immaculately kept, very clean and modern. The staff are very welcoming and always happy to help. It is great value for money and only about a 3 minute walk to and from Midi train station. However, aside from being very convenient for the train station, it isn’t in a great location for anything else. We went for the Christmas markets in place saint Catherine which is a 25 minute walk away and coming back in the dark, the area has a very dodgy feel to it and is quite dark. Place saint Catherine is your nearest main spot for bars, restaurants etc and is brilliant. Other than that it was a great place to stay!

Check in was easy and friendly despite us arriving late at night ,24 hour check in. The room was clean, functional and an adequate size, the kitchenette had a microwave oven but no conventional oven,this was however not a problem for us as we ate out all the time. Location is great if you arrive by train,as the station for the Eurostar service is just 5minutes walk away. We drove there and parking on the street was not possible, all the spaces were taken so we parked in the underground parking at the station which was €37 per day Walking to the town centre took 25 minutes through a not so attractive area of Brussels , so if walking is not your thing, take the train.
