Good stay for family of 4. Very close to train station, safe and convenient. Friendly staff. Room had a very good shower, nice balcony and small kitchen. Bed was comfortable, sofa pull out not.

Had to go down in the middle of the night to the front desk because our air conditioner didn’t work in the room was very hot. The power for all air conditioners in all rooms are at the front desk.

Nice place with everything you need. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Clean and smart. Excellent breakfast. Close to Midi station so very handy if you come in on Eurostar. However that does mean a bit further out of centre that we'd anticipated. Metro connections reasonably close- 5 minute walk, or about 30 minutes brisk walk all the way to Grand Place. Area a bit run down but does have everything you need close - supermarket etc. Enjoyed our stay.

Nice size, beds good, location not great. It is close to the train station but did not feel safe and about a 30 min walk to the city centre. We had no TV for our entire 4 night stay after telling them the first night and repeated told them . They did offer another room but had a double bed. No housekeeping. You have to ask for toilet paper and fresh towels.

The hotel was lovely, the room was spacious. Unfortunately it’s not too close to the touristy areas. The streets we walked through were not safe and we felt that staying closer to the city centre would have been better.
