Dear Ma'am/Sir, May I ask you which room were you staying in & some more details about your reservation? This is how we can improve and check what went wrong.
There's a restaurant on site. WiFi is free in public spaces. A 24-hour fitness centre, multilingual staff, and laundry facilities are also featured at the business-friendly B-aparthotel Regent. For a fee, parking is available. This 3-star Brussels hotel is smoke free.
