The personal was partly incompetent. They couldn't fix the TV and just left with no further comment, Even 10 parties waiting for check in did not trigger the team to activate a second receptionist. Many rooms have windows into a tiny inner courtyard with no natural light. The lobby and bar are not very welcoming. The hotel next door is a much better deal.
