Probleme an der Reception

Beim Check-in versuchte der Mann an der Rezeption die Miete für das Zimmer ein zweites Mal einzukassieren (wobei er nur Bar oder American-Express-Reiseschecks akzeptieren wollte). Angeblich sei der von uns bezahlte Betrag bloss die Reservationsgebühr. Als wir uns wehrten, hiess es dann plötzlich, alles sei okay.

remontti

Hotellissa on vielä pahasti remontti kesken, hissi ei aina tominut ja ensimmäisenä iltana saamani huone oli vielä siivoamatta, kun saavuin hotelliin (23:00), huone korvattiin pienellä ja pimeällä huoneella, jossa ei ollut edes WC paperia. Toisena päivänä sainkin huoneen yläkerrasta joka muuten oli ok, valoisa ja ihana, mutta wc istuimen vesipainike oli rikki... Sijainti oli keskeinen ja kaikkeen oli kävelymatka. Mukava ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Suosittelen, kunhan remontti valmistuu..
